YOUR LIFESTYLE: RE-IMAGINED

Dance barefoot under a sky full of stars
NO OVERBOOKED CALENDARS. NO ENDLESS NOTIFICATIONS. NO LIVING ON AUTOPILOT.
Blue Space is your ultimate nervous-system reset and deep exhale – grounded in modern science and designed to evoke connection, joy and genuine ease. Every practice and experience is carefully curated for nervous system repair and a real-life taste of a new way of living: aligned, joyful and truly limitless.
You’ll experience the therapeutic power of the ocean together with two of the most powerful, time-tested systems rooted in the laws of nature – Yoga and Ayurveda. You’ll learn and practise lifestyle reset tools for your own version of Limitless Living, and enjoy a splash of luxury at a nearby 5-star resort to anchor abundance, beauty and joy in your body, not just your mind.
This retreat gives you the chance to experience the real Maldives: we’ll embark on a soulful traditional cooking class, waking up your taste buds with authentic Maldivian flavours. You’ll try your hand at coconut weaving, a craft using the coconut palm – the local “tree of life” – and we may head out for island hopping to nearby local islands, tasting more traditional cuisine and soaking in what modern Maldivian life is really like.
You’ll also have the chance to give back to the islands that host us, joining a gentle beach clean-up along the shoreline – a simple, heart-led way to say thank you to the ocean and community that make this experience possible.
Think of this retreat as a living laboratory: we’ll swim, breathe, move, rest, party, and then look at how you actually want to live when you go home.
This is my most personal retreat yet – a first, exclusive sharing of the practices, insights and rituals that have helped me create a more free, magnetic life, here in my favourite place on Earth!

WHO THIS RETREAT IS FOR
Every experience and activity on this retreat is designed to evoke joy and genuine appreciation for the present moment. It’s 100% experiential – from blue space to yoga, meditation and lifestyle practices, you’ll be integrating what you learn every single day, so your lifestyle transformation starts from day one. New habits will begin to form long before you fly home.
This retreat is for women and men who are done living on autopilot and want life to feel more purposeful, joyful and aligned.
It’s for you if the idea of lagoon dips at sunrise, sandbank BBQs at sunset, ocean adventures over majestic coral reefs, daily yoga and meditation, Maldivian cooking, evenings under the stars and downtime at a luxury resort island feels like a relief rather than an escape.
You don’t need to be “good at yoga” or have meditated before. You don’t need any prior knowledge of Ayurveda. You just need to show up as you are and give yourself permission to truly, deeply exhale and be present.
You might be stressed, exhausted, at a crossroads, or simply ready to reset your rhythm and take better care of yourself.
If you’re ready for a week that feels like reset, expansion, connection and joy – and to take home simple practices you’ll actually use – you’ll feel at home here.

OUR VENUE
Our retreat is hosted at EQ Surf Retreat on the local island of Muli – a small, design-led guesthouse with a surf-house soul and a quiet commitment to sustainability.
Rooms are simple, comfortable and full of character, furnished with upcycled vintage pieces rather than generic hotel sets. The team cares about reusing and repurposing, about the health of the ocean we’re here to enjoy, and about serving food that actually nourishes you.
Together, we’ve created a menu that is inspired by Ayurveda and rooted in Maldivian flavours: fresh fish or vegetarian options, coconut, colourful veg, spice and plenty of fruit. Meals become part of your reset, not something you have to fight against.
From EQ, we’re close to reefs and sandbanks, and to a nearby resort where we’ll spend some time enjoying pools, house reef, spa and sunset cocktails or mocktails.
It’s the perfect base: grounded, soulful and quietly stylish.
ITINERARY
Your Lifestyle, Expanded Day by Day
Day 1
Landing in Blue Space
Your Lifestyle Reset begins the moment you leave the airport and step onto the water. A shared speedboat (included in your retreat) carries you across the atoll towards Muli, the air warm and soft on your skin. If you choose to upgrade and arrive in style by plane (yes, we have a small airport on the island!), you’ll watch the islands appear beneath you like small, bright secrets in an endless blue.
You step off the boat and onto island time – turquoise water on both sides, warm air, the hum of local life instead of car horns. At EQ, a cool drink and your room are waiting. There’s time to shower, wander the sandy lanes, or simply lie down and let your nervous system catch up. As the light turns golden, we meet for a gentle sunset yoga and meditation session on the beach or rooftop, releasing the journey from your body and landing fully in this new rhythm.
After a home-cooked, Ayurveda-inspired welcome dinner, we gather in a circle: introductions, intentions, and my first Lifestyle Balancing tips for the days ahead. Your week in the Blue Space – and your new lifestyle chapter – has officially begun.
Day 2
Maldivian Reefs & Resort Luxury
Your first full morning in the Maldives can begin the way mine does every day here: with an optional healing dip in the lagoon. We slip into the calm, shallow water and let the first soft rays of sun and the warm, salty Indian Ocean soak into every cell – a simple, medicinal ritual for body and nervous system. If your body is calling for more sleep, you’re just as welcome to stay wrapped in your sheets and join us later.
We then meet for soft sunrise yoga and meditation as the island wakes, followed by a traditional Maldivian breakfast (behold: Mashuni!) at EQ. After that, we head out by boat for your first taste of the reefs – a half-day snorkel to two vibrant sites, or, if you choose to upgrade, your first intro dive in the Indian Ocean. Turtles may glide past; starfish rest in the sand; if we’re lucky, rays sweep by like shadows made of light.
Back at EQ, a fresh, colourful lunch appears from the kitchen, crafted by our in-house chef to nourish and steady you. In the afternoon, you surrender to Yoga Nidra – a 30-minute “yogic sleep” practice where you lie down and are guided into deep relaxation. Half an hour of this practice equals two hours of real, restorative sleep; you emerge softer, clearer, as if someone has pressed reset inside your system.
The rest of the afternoon is free, and you choose your own version of Blue Space Luxury. You can stay on the island for more snorkelling, kayaking or paddle boarding in the lagoon, or simply read and journal as you drift between sun and shade on the beach or rooftop. Or you can opt to spend the afternoon at a nearby luxury resort, stretched out by the pool with mocktails or cocktails in hand, getting sun therapy and a full-body exhale that only Maldivian islands can deliver. During this window, I’ll also be offering 1–1 Lifestyle Adjustment sessions (included in your retreat), where we begin translating your experience here into simple, realistic shifts for your life at home.
In the evening we all reunite at the luxury resort for sunset and a generous buffet dinner. There’s time to enjoy a drink at the bar, soak up the atmosphere and, if there’s live resort entertainment that night, you’re welcome to stay and enjoy the show before we head back to the island by boat under the stars. By the time your head touches the pillow, life already feels very different from anything you’ve known before.
Day 3 · Monday 26 January
An Evening on the Sandbank
As with every full day here, your morning can begin with an optional healing lagoon dip – a few quiet moments in warm, shallow water, catching the first light and letting the ocean wake you gently from the inside out. We then share an unhurried breakfast at EQ before settling in together for a Lifestyle Session with me.
This is a practical, down-to-earth class on the real, tangible daily practices that can make a massive difference to how you feel and live: simple self-massage rituals you can try with me, breathing techniques for stress and overwhelm, guidance on a balanced, inflammation-reducing diet (we really are what we eat), or natural beauty and longevity secrets from Ayurveda and yoga. We may even explore how to use common spices in your cooking and self-care rituals, so your kitchen and bathroom become part of your healing toolkit – long after you’ve left the island.
The rest of the late morning and early afternoon is spacious. You can journal, nap, read, wander to the beach, or simply enjoy the island at your own pace. At some point we’ll come together on the local beach for a gentle beach clean-up – a simple, heart-led way to give back to the shoreline that’s been holding us.
Later, we board the boat and head out for sunset yoga and BBQ on a sandbank – a slim curve of white sand surrounded by every shade of blue. We practise as the sun sinks, then make a fire and gather around it for a sharing circle: reflections on the year just gone, intentions and possibilities for the year ahead, and an honest look at what living freely and limitlessly could mean for you. There’s space for an ocean ritual of release and commitment – to self-love, joy and the life you actually want – and, if the mood takes us, for dancing under the stars. And if we’re lucky, we may even see plankton lighting up the shoreline, tiny sparks of blue fire in the waves, the kind of magic that’s hard to explain once you’re back home.
Day 4 · Tuesday 27 January
Maldivian Cooking Experience, Deep Rest
Today begins gently: if you wish, an optional healing dip in the lagoon as the sky lightens, letting soft salt water and the first rays of sun wash over you, followed by an unhurried breakfast at EQ.
Late morning, we step into a traditional Maldivian cooking class, where lunch turns into an experience: you’ll be learning to prepare local dishes with coconut, freshly caught fish and vegetarian options, rice and bright salads – tasting, laughing and creating a Maldivian-inspired meal you’ve likely never experienced before (and can recreate once you’re home).
As the day unfolds, the hours after lunch are intentionally unstructured. You might curl up with a book, wander down to the beach for a swim or snorkel, take out a kayak or paddle board, or simply lie in the shade and let the sound of the water do the work. During this time I’ll also be available for any remaining 1–1 Lifestyle Adjustment sessions – focused, honest conversations about how to weave this reset into your real life, with clear, doable next steps.
In the early evening, we gather for a sunset yoga and meditation class on the rooftop or beach, letting the light soften, the day land in your body and your nervous system exhale. After practice, we stay at EQ for a relaxed, nourishing dinner – good food, gentle atmosphere, no pressure to perform or be “on”. Afterwards, depending on the mood of the group and the tide, we might gather for a simple circle or lifestyle Q&A, or take a slow beach walk. If the tide is low, there’s the possibility to walk across to a nearby island and see whether plankton are sparkling in the water under the moonlight – as if the ocean were quietly glowing back at you. Then it’s back to bed for a deep, grounded sleep.
Day 5 · Wednesday 28 January
Hidden Island Picnic
The day begins with the now-familiar rhythm: an optional morning dip in the lagoon for those who want it, a gentle yoga and meditation practice to wake the body and mind, and an unhurried breakfast at EQ.
After breakfast, we head out by boat for a half day on a sandbank and/or nearby uninhabited island – a sweep of white sand in the middle of endless blue. You can snorkel over the reefs, float in the warm shallows, sunbathe, take photos, or simply lie back and let the sky and ocean fill your senses. We share a simple picnic-style lunch out there, eating with salty skin and bare feet, held by nothing but sea and sky.
In the afternoon, we return to the island with plenty of time to rest. You might nap, read, journal, or just enjoy the quiet. Later, we gather again for a deeply restful session – Yoga Nidra or restorative yoga – inviting your whole system to integrate everything you’ve experienced so far.
The evening stays soft. We share dinner at EQ, unhurried and relaxed. Afterwards, depending on the mood of the group, you may choose to slip over to the luxury resort again for a little more poolside or bar-side unwinding, or simply stay on the island and enjoy the slow, spacious night.
Day 6 · Thursday 29 January
Island Culture & Blue Space Party
Our final full day begins in the rhythm your body now knows well: an optional healing dip in the lagoon for those who want to start in the water, followed by gentle yoga and meditation to arrive in the day, then breakfast at EQ.
Late morning, we step into island life more deeply with a cultural experience of your choice. You can join an island-hopping trip to visit two nearby local islands – wandering sandy streets, meeting locals and seeing how Maldivian life unfolds beyond the postcards – or stay on Muli for a traditional coconut weaving workshop, learning how local women transform palm leaves into beautiful, practical art. Either way, it’s a chance to meet the culture behind the turquoise water.
We return to EQ for lunch, and the afternoon is left deliberately light. You might rest in your room, read on the rooftop, wander to the local beach or take one last swim. If you’d like more pampering, you can head over to the luxury resort again for pool time, bar-side relaxation and the option to book a spa treatment, letting your whole body soften before we close our time together.
Our final night is a celebration. We gather at EQ for dinner and then let the evening unfold into a Blue Space Party – perhaps a beach BBQ with music and dancing in the sand, or a rooftop gathering with live sounds and a sky full of stars. It’s a night to laugh, move, savour the friendships formed and let joy really land in your body before we close the circle and prepare to head home.
Day 7 · Friday 30 January
Integration & Farewell
The last morning arrives quietly. One final optional lagoon dip is there if you want it – a last chance to let the Indian Ocean hold you – followed by our familiar gentle practice and breakfast at EQ. By now, the sequence feels less like a schedule and more like your own ritual.
We sit in our final sharing circle, drawing together the threads of your week: the moments that shifted something inside you, the practices that felt like home, the glimpses you’ve had of a more spacious, limitless way of living. There is time for journaling, for setting a few clear non-negotiables for your return, and for letting yourself be witnessed as you step into whatever is next.
Then it’s time to pack, to say goodbye to the island and to Blue Space, and to travel back to Malé by speedboat or, if you choose, flying out from the local airport and watching the atoll slip away beneath you.
You leave with salty hair, a softer nervous system and a new, solid lifestyle foundation to integrate at home. The magic of this week stays with you – intimate, sacred memories and a deeper quality of presence that feels embedded in every cell, with deep, cellular level healing, initiated by the ocean, already in motion within you as you return home.

Meet Oxana
I’m a travelling yoga teacher, speaker and Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant, endlessly in love with blue water, conscious living and the magic that happens when we give ourselves permission to live differently.
For years I’ve studied and practised yoga, meditation and Ayurveda – not as abstract philosophy, but as a practical toolkit to create a life that feels freer, lighter and deeply aligned. In my work with clients, I’ve helped many people reconnect to their true nature and improve their physical and emotional health through simple, balanced daily rituals.
A consistent morning rhythm of meditation, reflection and intention has been the architecture of my own life – a life I insist on living on my terms, with room for every dream. No Limits.
It took me many years to distil everything I’ve learned into an actionable formula that creates tangible, elevating shifts in a way that feels effortless and aligned.
Limitless Living is the name I gave this experiment. Blue Space is the first time I’m sharing this framework in the form of a retreat – in the place that deeply shifted my perspective and elevated my understanding: the Maldives.
I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to walk beside you, to offer tools that actually work, and to hold space while you remember how powerful it is to live with presence, joy and choice.
FAQ
Do I need to be good at yoga?
Absolutely not! And, frankly, there is no such thing as being 'good' at yoga! My style of teaching is designed to be accessible and adaptable for everyone. I’ll offer options in every class and you’re always invited to listen to your own body first. This is about nervous system repair and connection, not performance. During the retreat, you’ll get the opportunity to sample a wide range of yoga styles, and you can opt in or out of as many classes as you wish.
Do I need to be a confident swimmer?
You don’t have to be a mermaid, but you should be comfortable in the water with a life jacket. Swimming and snorkelling straight from the beach here is perfect for less confident swimmers (like me) and even non-swimmers, as the lagoons are calm and shallow close to the shore. You also do not have to be a swimmer to be able to try diving with us. In addition, we have flotation aids, and you can always sit out of anything that doesn’t feel right for you. There’s plenty of magic to be found on the sandbanks and beaches too.
What kind of food will we eat?
We’ll enjoy Ayurveda-inspired, Maldivian-flavoured meals – fresh, colourful and nourishing. There will be vegetarian options at every meal, plus fish for those who want it. Please let us know your dietary needs when you apply.
Is alcohol available?
The Maldives is a Muslim country, and alcohol is not served on local islands like Muli – which keeps things calm and grounded. When we visit the nearby resort, you’ll have the option to enjoy mocktails and cocktails at the bar if you wish.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many people do. This retreat is very friendly to solo travellers. We can pair you in a shared room with another guest if you’re open to it, or you can choose a private room if you prefer more solitude. Either way, you’ll have plenty of opportunities for both connection and quiet time.
How do I get to Muli?
You’ll fly into Malé (Velana International Airport). From there, a shared speedboat to Muli is included in your retreat package at a set time on arrival and departure days. If you’d like to upgrade and arrive or leave by domestic flight, we can help you arrange that too, subject to schedules and availability.
What is the group size?
This retreat is designed as a small, premium experience, so the group is capped at 12 guests.
Will I have time to do my own thing?
Yes – and I actively want you to.
This is your retreat. I’ve created an itinerary that lets you taste a lot of what the Maldives and this work have to offer, but you always have permission to bow out of an activity, take some “me-time”, wander with your journal, or simply lie on the beach and breathe. If you need a quiet afternoon or want to skip one excursion to rest, that’s part of listening to yourself – and we’ll quietly cheer you on.
How much money do I have to bring?
The optional diving upgrade is $110 USD.
All meals are included throughout your retreat stay. If you’d like to explore snacks or drinks at local cafés, you can expect to spend around $6–10 USD. For additional dinners at the resort, plan for approximately $30–70 USD per person, depending on what you order.
Alcohol is generally expensive in the Maldives. As a guide : cocktails are around $18–22 USD and wine around $12–18 USD.
What if I want more support after the retreat?
There are options to upgrade your 30 min 1–1 lifestyle session to a full 60 min session or an Ayurvedic consultation with follow-up, or to continue with online lifestyle coaching. We can talk about what feels right for you during the retreat.
Is there a waiting list?
There will be a waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis in case spaces open up. If the retreat is full and you’re still interested, email me at hello@oxanaweber.com to be added to the waiting list.
I still have questions. Can I contact you?
Yes, of course! You can email hello@oxanaweber.com at any time.
Will I need travel insurance?
Yes, it is absolutely mandatory for all Retreat guests to have personal travel insurance for the duration of the trip.We strongly recommend you book your travel insurance as soon as you book your trip to protect your investment.
What are the retreat dates?
The retreat starts on 24 January 2026 and concludes on 30 January 2026.
Can I bring my own snorkelling gear?
Yes, and I recommend it if you have a mask and snorkel you love. We do have snorkelling equipment available on the island, but for comfort and best fit – especially for your mask – it’s a good idea to bring your own if you can. Fins can be used from here, or you’re welcome to bring the full set if you prefer.
Is this retreat just for women?
No. The retreat is open to women and men. The work we’ll be doing – with yoga, the ocean, Ayurveda and lifestyle design – is human, not gender-specific.
Is this suitable if I’m exhausted / burnt out / dealing with stress?
Absolutely. Blue Space is designed with tired, overwhelmed humans in mind.
The yoga is gentle, intelligent and nervous-system friendly – no bootcamp, no forcing your body into shapes. We use Yin, Yoga Nidra (“yogic sleep”) and simple regulation tools to help you downshift out of fight-or-flight. There’s plenty of unstructured time for rest, reading, floating in the sea and being quiet. You can always skip a session, modify practices or talk to me if you need extra support – this isn’t about “keeping up”, it’s about letting your system soften. If you’re on the edge of burnout, feeling flat or just know you can’t do another autopilot, this retreat is not only suitable – it’s exactly who I created it for.
I still have questions. Can I contact you?
Yes, of course! You can email hello@oxanaweber.com at any time.
