YOGA TUESDAYS
90 Minute Mindful Yoga Class
1900-2030
Start your week the right way! Aimed at strengthening the body, releasing the tension, and calming the nervous system, this class is guaranteed to leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and recharged after a long day!
I practice and teach strong, flowing physical practice at a moderate pace with an emphasis on breath and steady, precise movement with a meditative aspect weaved throughout the class. You will learn yogic breathing techniques aimed at further balancing the nervous and endocrine system and at the end of the class you will be lead through a well-earned, blissful relaxation practice.
Level: Strong Beginners to Advanced
YOGA SATURDAYS - NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE

Start your weekend the right way! Join us for a FREE 60 minutes morning yoga class every Saturday! Reconnect to who you are, move, breathe and relax.
These classes are free of charge and are normally held at Sevenoaks Park in Grangetown. Please contact Oxana for any changes to location details.
