Start your week the right way! Aimed at strengthening the body, releasing the tension, and calming the nervous system, this class is guaranteed to leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and recharged after a long day!
I practice and teach strong, flowing physical practice at a moderate pace with an emphasis on breath and steady, precise movement with a meditative aspect weaved throughout the class. You will learn yogic breathing techniques aimed at further balancing the nervous and endocrine system and at the end of the class you will be lead through a well-earned, blissful relaxation practice.
