    Ayurveda came into my life gracefully, as a complimentary addition to an already developing lifestyle and routine. I had heard of it before and even bought a book many years ago but somehow it always seemed distant, even mystical. When it finally found me, as a burning desire and intuitive drive within, I was ready. That’s what they say about Ayurveda – it comes into your life when you are receptive to it. Since then I have become a scholar and a devotee of this Ancient science that teaches us to honour our bodies and respect life. My diet and lifestyle have changed dramatically, leading to major improvements in my health and an increased sense of well-being. My daily yoga practice have been supercharged, as Ayurveda is not only a medical science but a spiritual discipline too. Above all, Ayurveda connects us with the sacred place that exists inside all of us and gives us the tools to maintain this connection.
