If you’re reading this, you probably already know that we manifest things all the time—constantly, 24/7. Most people don’t realise it’s happening. Some are vaguely aware. A few manifest consciously—meaning they’re aware of what and how they think most of the time. Yes, it really is that simple, with a few added layers.
For many years, maybe since I can consciously remember, I’ve been searching for ways to transcend perceived limitations and elevate my consciousness and life. Manifestation has been a part of my journey since I was a teenager. Back then, I was deeply unhappy and would spend hours in the library to escape what felt like a cruel and unfair life: a family I didn’t feel I belonged to, a country I felt detached from. I was different from everyone and everything around me.
That feeling of disconnection was a huge factor shaping where I am today. It also led me to study philosophy, psychology, and later theosophy and yoga—first as esoteric sciences, then as lived experience. It took me a while to cultivate gratitude for the life and circumstances I was born into, especially in my early years. But now, more than ever, I see why I chose this path and how every challenge and painful experience has propelled me further.
Today, I express gratitude daily—sometimes several times a day—for every small thing that comes my way, good or bad.
Why? Because gratitude is an energetic tool to shift negativity and raise our vibrational frequency quickly. Everything is energy—thoughts, emotions, feelings—whether you’re aware of them or not.
Yogic practices like pranayama (breath control), meditation, mudras, and bandhas give us tools to consciously raise our frequency, bringing bliss, happiness, and oneness. Kriya yoga is a technique dedicated entirely to this, which is why I chose to study and practice it.

How to Cultivate Daily Gratitude and Elevate Your Consciousness
Do this consistently, every day, for 21–40 days to start seeing and feeling tangible results. Most likely, you’ll notice a shift immediately.
1. Start Your Morning with Breath and Gratitude
On waking, place your hands on your belly and practice deep abdominal breathing (check out my IG reel for a demo). Mentally list at least three things you’re grateful for today. Bonus tip: run through your day in your mind, visualising success in every action and silently giving thanks for it.
2. Express Gratitude Throughout Your Day
Say thank you to the people around you—even for the smallest things. Do it with a smile to brighten their day. No expectations—just unconditional gratitude.
3. Be Grateful for What Doesn’t Go Your Way
This one is tough but crucial. Life isn’t about good or bad—it just is. Every experience, whether perceived as positive or negative, is in your favour because it helps you grow. So be grateful even for setbacks.
4. Stop Judging Others—Even in Your Mind
Don’t waste energy judging or criticising, even people you dislike. Instead, send them love and blessings. Life is a mirror, and you’re looking at your own reflection. Love it rather than judge it.
5. Practice Meditation Daily
Shifting your mindset and energy takes work. We’re conditioned to think in ways that limit and disempower us. Consistent meditation challenges your beliefs, strengthens trust beyond ego, and deepens your understanding of reality—helping you transcend limitations and find true happiness.
6. Keep a Gratitude Journal
Write in it twice a day: in the morning, note what you’re grateful for that’s yet to happen; in the evening, write down what you’re grateful for that happened. Use it to capture thoughts, reflections, frustrations, and intentions. Journaling pairs perfectly with meditation and manifestation practices.
7. Make Gratitude a Ritual
