    CORPORATE WELLNESS & EVENTS

    I work closely with companies to offer bespoke wellbeing programmes that attend to the organization’s specific needs and goals. These programmes can boost morale, revitalize and provide your team with practical tools to manage workloads, stress, and burn-out.
     
    Depending on the needs of your organisation, I can either tailor sessions as an ongoing service or as a one-off, half-day/long-day workshop or a retreat to reward your staff. These events are also ideal for Team Building and Awaydays.
     
    MINDFULNESS AT WORK
    A guided meditation, yoga, or a deep relaxation session can provide therapeutic relief from stress, tiredness, anxiety, and sleep issues, all of which relate to poor work performance. These sessions are designed to accommodate people at all levels of the meditation and yoga experience, including skeptics, first-timers, and people who have a regular practice.
     
    LIFESTYLE + NUTRITION 
    An Ayurvedic workshop session can help cultivate a better understanding of how employees and employers can take better care of their health through lifestyle and diet. In addition, it can facilitate a better understanding of each other as a team by learning about the different 'personality types', according to Ayurveda, and their impact on work efficiency and performance.
     

    HOLDING YOUR OWN EVENT OR RETREAT?

    I often collaborate with other wellness practitioners who are running their own retreats or workshops and am always looking for new ways to collaborate or join forces.   • ONGOING WORKPLACE SESSIONS

    These 30, 45, or 60 minutes are designed to educate and introduce Mindfulness Practices and concepts to your team, as well as offer guidance and instructions on different meditation and breathing practices. These sessions can be weekly or biweekly depending on the needs of your organization.

    • 45 mins sessions include a brief introduction to contemplative practice topic, breathing exercises, guided meditation practice, and q&a
    • 60 mins sessions include deeper dive discussion of meditative practice topic, breathing exercises, guided meditation practice, and q&a

    WORKSHOPS / RETREATS

    Workshops or half-day/long-day retreats are a great opportunity to explore further specific topics and applications. These workshops pair well with company and/or team away days, retreats, conferences, or presentations. Custom curriculum is created around topics, such as:

  • MINDFULNESS

    Taught the right way, yoga is the perfect tool to help keep your top performers healthy, happy and full of energy. My classes, workshops and courses boost morale, productivity and staff retention.

     

    I offer bespoke packages built around the specific needs of your business. The sessions can take place at lunchtime, before or after work, and can be done live or online.

    1.

    A 30 or 60 minute class This class includes meditation/breathing exercises and basic physical postures, as well as a deep relaxation, to assist in the alleviation of stress and stress related disorders.

    2.

    A term of classes For more sustained and long term benefits I offer a complete term of hatha yoga classes (Includes meditation, breathing and physical postures as well as deep relaxation).

    3.

    A 30 minute 'sleep capsule' - I will be using the powerful yogic meditation & relaxation technique called Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, to help your co-workers recharge and let go of physical and mental tension. Just 30 minutes of this powerful technique equals to 2 hours of deep sleep. This session is guaranteed to leave your co-workers feeling refreshed, re-energised and ready to deal with workplace stress.

    Corporate programs are constructed to help your team cultivate self-awareness, kindness, resilience and good health. Through meditation, breathwork, and practical knowledge of how to implement wellness enhancing techniques into their lives, they will learn to manage stress reactivity, process internal blocks, improve communication and build muscles that promote resilience and compassion.

    Sessions are designed to accommodate people at all levels of the meditation experience including skeptics, first-timers, people who practice regularly, etc. All team members will have access to resources and recorded meditations during and after the program.
