Taught the right way, yoga is the perfect tool to help keep your top performers healthy, happy and full of energy. My classes, workshops and courses boost morale, productivity and staff retention.
I offer bespoke packages built around the specific needs of your business. The sessions can take place at lunchtime, before or after work, and can be done live or online.
1.
A 30 or 60 minute class This class includes meditation/breathing exercises and basic physical postures, as well as a deep relaxation, to assist in the alleviation of stress and stress related disorders.

A term of classes For more sustained and long term benefits I offer a complete term of hatha yoga classes (Includes meditation, breathing and physical postures as well as deep relaxation).

A 30 minute 'sleep capsule' - I will be using the powerful yogic meditation & relaxation technique called Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, to help your co-workers recharge and let go of physical and mental tension. Just 30 minutes of this powerful technique equals to 2 hours of deep sleep. This session is guaranteed to leave your co-workers feeling refreshed, re-energised and ready to deal with workplace stress.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Corporate programs are constructed to help your team cultivate self-awareness, kindness, resilience and good health. Through meditation, breathwork, and practical knowledge of how to implement wellness enhancing techniques into their lives, they will learn to manage stress reactivity, process internal blocks, improve communication and build muscles that promote resilience and compassion.
Sessions are designed to accommodate people at all levels of the meditation experience including skeptics, first-timers, people who practice regularly, etc. All team members will have access to resources and recorded meditations during and after the program.
