    I work closely with companies to offer bespoke wellbeing programmes that attend to the organization’s specific needs and goals. These programmes can boost morale, revitalize and provide your team with practical tools to manage workloads, stress, and burn-out.
     
    Depending on the needs of your organisation, I can either tailor sessions as an ongoing service or as a one-off, half-day/long-day workshop or a retreat to reward your staff. These events are also ideal for Team Building and Awaydays.
     
    MINDFULNESS AT WORK
    A guided meditation, yoga, or a deep relaxation session can provide therapeutic relief from stress, tiredness, anxiety, and sleep issues, all of which relate to poor work performance. These sessions are designed to accommodate people at all levels of the meditation and yoga experience, including skeptics, first-timers, and people who have a regular practice.
     
    LIFESTYLE + NUTRITION 
    An Ayurvedic workshop session can help cultivate a better understanding of how employees and employers can take better care of their health through lifestyle and diet. In addition, it can facilitate a better understanding of each other as a team by learning about the different 'personality types', according to Ayurveda, and their impact on work efficiency and performance.
