What is it Shanmukhi Mudra?
This is a breath retention practice that directs energy inwards, developing a greater sense of inner vision. This is an excellent mudra to practice before meditation and I would recommend starting with three rounds, or around 5 minutes, daily before meditation; gradually extending breath retention and the duration of practice.
