    OVERVIEW

    This 2-week programme consists of three stages - preparation, gentle detox + cleanse and integration. It is designed to help bring lightness into the body after the heavy winter months as well as help you integrate new, healthy habits and establish a functional daily routine. You will not be counting calories or succumbing to strenuous exercise. Instead, the programme will teach you how to eat well, how to plan your meals so that you eat fresh every day and how to integrate mindfulness into your life, no matter how busy it might be!

     

    The cleanse is based on Ayurvedic and Yogic principles for good health and well-being. The aim is to help you learn how to achieve equilibrium amongst the busyness of everyday life whilst detoxifying and cleansing the body and mind at the same time. You will receive my full support every step of the way through live sessions, emails and as part of a private, participants only WhatsApp group.

     

    As part of the cleanse, you will follow a mono-diet of kitchari, the Ayurvedic superfood meal that consists of mung dal and rice. I will provide a step by step guide on how to prepare kitchari in a live Zoom cooking session, where you can choose to cook with me or just watch and get tips.

     

    In the final stage of the programme, you will receive guidance on how to integrate your new healthy habits into your life following the cleanse.

     

    You will get exclusive access to all recordings and supplemental materials, including yoga classes, meditations and Yoga Nidra, plus PDF files with a detailed shopping list and healthy recipes to supplement your cleanse.

    Oxana qualified as an Ayurvedic Diet & Lifestyle Consultant from the Ayurveda Pura Academy of London in 2018. Since then she has developed her own coaching program and carried out health consultations with clients from all over the UK. She is a qualified Yoga & Meditation Teacher and has been teaching yoga classes in Wales since 2015.

     

    Oxana's style of interacting with clients is professional, compassionate, enthusiastic and down to earth. Having experienced many life challenges and health issues in her own life, and having worked with hundreds of people with complex personal problems, Oxana has a good insight into difficulties faced by individuals from all walks of life. Oxana has made it her mission to help people improve their lives and their health through the sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda.

  • HOW IT WORKS

    STEP 1: DETOX

    DAY 1 - 5

     

    We will begin by reducing the input of difficult-to-digest foods and foods we know don’t support our health. We gather the needed ingredients and supplies, and we set our intentions.

     

     

    DAY 1: Join the live ZOOM Strategy session and meet other participants. Consider and set your intentions for the cleanse and the year ahead. All aspects of the program will be explained and you will get the opportunity to ask questions. You will be given time to prepare for and gather the supplies for the cleanse during the weekend and the detox will start on Monday, 2 May 2022.

     

     

     

    STEP 2: CLEANSE

    DAY 6 - 10

     

    We establish a very simple (yet filling and nourishing) diet for 5 days to give the GI tract a break from the usual effort of digestion, which frees up energy for detoxification and waste removal. You will be guided through a mono-diet of one nutritious, complete-protein dish (called kitchari) for the 3-day phase and a 2-day mono-diet of mung bean soup. The cleanse will be modified according to your current needs. It is critical for participants to REST as much as possible in this phase.

     

     

    DAY 8: Join the live ZOOM Cooking Workshop and learn how to cook a perfect Ayurvedic meal called kitchari, your main meal for the cleanse phase of the program. You will also learn how to make simple Ayurvedic preparations to improve your metabolism and digestion.

    STEP 3: INTEGRATE

    DAY 11 - 14

    We will learn to integrate new healthy habits into our daily lives and begin to diversify our diet, re-introducing everyday foods.

    DAY 15: Join the final live ZOOM session to share and reflect on your experiences. Celebrate your accomplishments and set your vision for the year ahead. Ask questions and receive guidance on returning to a more diverse diet.

    CONTRAINDICATIONS

    Cleansing takes significant energy and stamina, so it is important that participants be in stable health. The following individuals should not participate:

    • Pregnant or breast-feeding women
    • Women who expect to start their menstrual cycle during the Cleanse (the menses is a natural detoxification that we don’t want to disrupt with the seasonal cleanse process)
    • Those with acute illness or who feel weak for any reason
    • Those unable to stop smoking during the Cleanse
