    This retreat gives you the chance to experience the real Maldives: we’ll embark on a soulful traditional cooking class, waking up your taste buds with authentic Maldivian flavours. You’ll try your hand at coconut weaving, a craft using the coconut palm – the local “tree of life” – and we may head out for island hopping to nearby local islands, tasting more traditional cuisine and soaking in what modern Maldivian life is really like.

    You’ll also have the chance to give back to the islands that host us, joining a gentle beach clean-up along the shoreline – a simple, heart-led way to say thank you to the ocean and community that make this experience possible.

    Think of this retreat as a living laboratory: we’ll swim, breathe, move, rest, party, and then look at how you actually want to live when you go home.

    OUR VENUE

    Our retreat is hosted at EQ Surf Retreat on the local island of Muli – a small, design-led guesthouse with a surf-house soul and a quiet commitment to sustainability.

    Rooms are simple, comfortable and full of character, furnished with upcycled vintage pieces rather than generic hotel sets. The team cares about reusing and repurposing, about the health of the ocean we’re here to enjoy, and about serving food that actually nourishes you.

    Together, we’ve created a menu that is inspired by Ayurveda and rooted in Maldivian flavours: fresh fish or vegetarian options, coconut, colourful veg, spice and plenty of fruit. Meals become part of your reset, not something you have to fight against.

    From EQ, we’re close to reefs and sandbanks, and to a nearby resort where we’ll spend some time enjoying pools, house reef, spa and sunset cocktails or mocktails.

    It’s the perfect base: grounded, soulful and quietly stylish.

    Meet Oxana

    I’m a travelling yoga teacher, speaker and Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant, endlessly in love with blue water, conscious living and the magic that happens when we give ourselves permission to live differently.

    For years I’ve studied and practised yoga, meditation and Ayurveda – not as abstract philosophy, but as a practical toolkit to create a life that feels freer, lighter and deeply aligned. In my work with clients, I’ve helped many people reconnect to their true nature and improve their physical and emotional health through simple, balanced daily rituals.

    A consistent morning rhythm of meditation, reflection and intention has been the architecture of my own life – a life I insist on living on my terms, with room for every dream. No Limits.

    It took me many years to distil everything I’ve learned into an actionable formula that creates tangible, elevating shifts in a way that feels effortless and aligned.

    Limitless Living is the name I gave this experiment. Blue Space is the first time I’m sharing this framework in the form of a retreat – in the place that deeply shifted my perspective and elevated my understanding: the Maldives.

    I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to walk beside you, to offer tools that actually work, and to hold space while you remember how powerful it is to live with presence, joy and choice.
