What is Ayurvedic Consultation?
Ayurveda revolves around diet and lifestyle with the state of digestion, of all kinds, seen as primary indicator of health and disease. It is a medical and spiritual science aimed at prevention as well as treatment. Therefore, Ayurvedic Consultations are not just for those who suffer from a chronic illness or health concern, but also for anyone who is keen to learn how Ayurveda can help them achieve and maintain total health and well-being.
In the case of chronic disorders like arthritis, anxiety and diabetes, the consultant will compare your current body balance with your optimal one. Both states are determined via a series of questions and observations about you, your ailments and your lifestyle, with the main aim being to create a bespoke Ayurveda programme that will help you return to your optimal constitution.
You will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire prior to the consultation and your initial consultation will last 60 minutes.
